Statistical Reports Form for Non-Members

Please complete the information below for your company to participate in the WSC Statistical Reports Program as a non-member. Upon completion of this form, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided on this form.

Non-members that are otherwise qualified for WSC Membership may purchase a choice of reports for an annual fee of $5,500 per report provided that each non-member participates in providing data for each requested report and that each non-member adheres to all other policies of WSC regarding the Statistical Reports Program.

Reporting forms are transmitted via email by Your CFO. Monthly reports are due to Your CFO no later than the 20th of the every month following the end of the period being reported.

REPORT A - Individual Company Report of Unit Shipments for Jet & Submersible 4" and under.
REPORT C - Individual Company Report of Submersible Well Diameter & Component Submersible Systems over 4".

Semi-Annual By-State Pump Shipment Reports:

REPORT A - Shipments by Destination of Jet & Submersible Water Systems 4" and under.
REPORT C - Shipments by Destination of Submersible & Component Submersible Systems over 4".

Monthly Tank Shipment Reports:

Shipments of Pressurized Water Storage Tanks (diaphragm & bag type) & shipments of Hydropneumatic Storage Tanks (galvanized, glass lined, epoxy type).
