More than 1,500 fourth and fifth graders from Maryland and Delaware schools participated in an exciting, educational water festival at Delaware Technical Community College in Dover, DE. The event, "Winning Water", was held as part of National Drinking Water Week.

Children's Water Festivals are FREE, exciting, educational events. The festival will be held May 8, 2008 at Del Tech Community College in Dover, DE and will showcase water education through hands-on activities. The educational experience is for students and teachers.
